ABOUT THE ROLE
We have high ambitions, and it's not happening without a first class team. You will be a part of the Data Center Services leadership team and report directly to the department manager.
You will work with several teams that are responsible for applications, databases, operating systems and networks. On prem services as well as usage in public cloud. The department consists of 76 employees that are responsible for both IT and mobile infrastructure.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
You will lead our transformation journey within Datacenter Services at Tele2. We are currently modernizing our system and application catalogue to align with our demands on automation, security and resilience. 5G will be a big part of your journey with us.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives in the telecommunications industry. You will be familiar with the latest trends and developments in 5G security and automation and have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to both 5G and IT-applications.
- Managing cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration and communication
- Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and tracking progress against key milestones
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicating project status and updates to key stakeholders, including senior leaders
