Main Responsibilities
- To assist the hotel accountant with supplier, customer & cash accounts by keeping all paperwork & in house data entry systems up to date
- To perform all tasks required accurately and efficiently
- To report anomalies to the hotel accountant to resolve
- Month-end accruals
- Entering invoices into Sage
- Resolving invoice queries
- Data Entry & Matching for Credit Control Invoicing & Receipts
- Data Entry & matching payments to supplier invoices
- To learn in house cash up system & assist in cash up whenever required.
- To comply with any reasonable requests by the Financial Controller and/or Management
