Position : English Technical Support for Insulet M/F/X

The Omnipod® Insulin Management System provides a unique alternative to traditional insulin delivery methods. With its simple, wearable design, the disposable Pod provides up to three days of non-stop insulin delivery, without the need to see or handle a needle. Insulet also pays attention to the unique design of its Pod, by tailoring its Omnipod® technology platform for the delivery of non-insulin subcutaneous drugs across multiple therapeutic areas.
-> Responsabilities :
As a Customer Service Representative for Insulet, your main mission will be to manage their requests regarding the use and proper functioning of this device. This support will be in English via phone and e-mail.
-> Profile :
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- 1 year experience in Troubleshooting/Technical support (mandatory);
- Great listening and communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Aptitude for problem-solving;
- Dynamism and team spirit;
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
- Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);
Offer :
- Starting date : 19 June 2023
- Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possible.
- Initial training during 20 working days
- Work schedule : 8h/day from Monday to Sunday between 7am to 1am or 12pm to 1am with 2 days off per week, rotating shift;
