WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Structured Trade VP, you will lead the structuring & execution of complex Structured Trade transactions (Inventory financing, Prepayments, asset based lending, long term lending secured by commercial contracts, etc.) across the globe, and lead the development of existing Santander´s Structured Trade product offering
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Business origination: Assist the different Santander geographies on the origination of Structured Trade transactions, including assist client meetings and preparing marketing material
- Analyze cash flow models to assess financial capacity for financing transactions
- Lead the structuring and execution of Structured Trade transactions across geographies, from agreeing indicative terms and preparing initial term sheet to full execution of the transaction
- Lead the approval process of transactions with business and risk departments
- Lead the implementation of new products and enhancement of existing ones in order to boost the origination of the products in Santander´s geographies
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3-5 years of experience in front office in a financial institution or equivalent.
- Experience in Project Finance. If experience is in the Renewable sector it will be highly valuable
EDUCATION
- Economics, Finance, engineering or other related degrees.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- IT Skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Languages: Spanish, English (Fluent).
- Knowledge of a third language will be positively valued
