Job description

  • Permanent position (6 Months Probations)
  • Handling Inbound call
  • Training provided: On job & classroom (2 to 4 months) / (Mon to Friday: 8am-5pm)

Requirements

  • MinDiploma & Degree any field
  • 1-5 years of work experience in_ Customer Service _Healthcare Medical & Logistics
  • Able to work rotational shifts (12 hrs in a shift )
  • Good customer service skills
  • Written and spoken_ English_

Working hours

  • 2 days work, 2 days off (may have to work PH/weekends)
  • Only working 16days in a month
  • 2 shifts: 7.30am – 8.30pm / 7.30pm – 8.30am

Salary package

  • Basic salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500
  • Shift allowance =_ RM1,000 (Minimum)_

Job location

  • KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (Nearest LRT, MRT, KTM &Monorail)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
