Job description
- Permanent position (6 Months Probations)
- Handling Inbound call
- Training provided: On job & classroom (2 to 4 months) / (Mon to Friday: 8am-5pm)
Requirements
- MinDiploma & Degree any field
- 1-5 years of work experience in_ Customer Service _Healthcare Medical & Logistics
- Able to work rotational shifts (12 hrs in a shift )
- Good customer service skills
- Written and spoken_ English_
Working hours
- 2 days work, 2 days off (may have to work PH/weekends)
- Only working 16days in a month
- 2 shifts: 7.30am – 8.30pm / 7.30pm – 8.30am
Salary package
- Basic salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500
- Shift allowance =_ RM1,000 (Minimum)_
