Key Accountabilities
- Perform inspection as per established ITP and conform work carried complies with applicable codes, standard and specifications
- Report inspection findings to all concerned personnel through relevant Mariner Module and raise punch list as applicable
- Coordinate and liaise with classification society, third party inspection agencies, client and other trades, to ensure adherence to related standards
- Perform in-process inspections as per established in-process inspection program
- Participation in work identification as required
- Generate inspection reports timely and accurately in accordance with QC reporting rules.
- Propose NCIR for identified non-conformances, based on the finding of inspections.
- Report QC supervisor and Engineer for daily quality issues
- Maintain house- keeping on the job location.
Qualification / Experience & Skills:

- Degree / Diploma in relevant field
- CSWIP 3.1 Qualified Inspector or
- AWS CWI
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Qualified CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI Inspector.
- Should be conversant with applicable techniques & standards.
- Knowledge and Experience in ship repair, conversion and new building projects.
