YOUR ROLE

  • Manage and dispatch tickets for the Learning Management team, ensuring efficient handling and resolution
  • Review BOT PD (Professional Development) details and collaborate with project team to address any encountered BOT issues
  • Manually record and organize post-documentation for easy access and retrieval
  • Upload e-learning materials, videos, and other online content, making necessary custom page edits
  • Create and send regular reports to stakeholders, including campus reports, health scouts, cyber sec statistics, Knowledge Results(KR) learning report, etc.
  • Assist in clean-up activities, coordinating with stakeholders and project team to update or deactivate courses; Support End to End charge-out review and Share Point migration of documents to new Learning Management Share Point
  • Identify and propose potential continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and workflows

YOUR SKILLS

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
  • Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point) is required
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes; With analytical skills
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati)
