About the Department
Job Responsibilities
- 充分了解并严格遵守与岗位所相关的法规、政策以及操作流程规定的操作或销售合规要求；
- 根据部门内部条线和职责分工，切实了解并遵循与任职岗位有关的所有风险管理相关法规要求和内部风险管理政策及流程；在履行岗位职责的同时担负银行风险管理框架赋予相应业务条线的风险发现、风险管控的责任；
- 积极配合销售团队开展个人理财业务，可独立完成开户、下单，以及开户文件、理财产品销售文件的前期准备和后期质量检查，确保文件在移交到后端处理前文件的完整行和正确性；
- 为客户提供高品质的服务以建立并维系与其良好的合作关系；
- 记录并维护与销售团队相关的销售业绩和交易登记，按要求准备分行相关的管理信息系统报告；
- 处理行政和营运工作相关事宜，支持前线销售团队，包括但不限于员工卡、门禁卡、印章、路演、礼品库存管理、电话录音系统维护及检查、销售人员代码申请、销售人员入职与离职相关事宜等；
- 落实与所在岗位相关的反洗钱、反恐怖融资和制裁工作，包括但不限于：按照规定报告疑似涉及洗钱、恐怖融资和违反制裁的行为和可疑交易；配合合规部开展反洗钱、反恐怖融资和制裁调查的相关工作；参加反洗钱培训；
- 投诉争议管理；
- 消费者权益保护：
- 其他上级安排的工作。
Job Requirements
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具有一年及以上相关工作经验；
- 在工作及与同事的沟通、交往过程中保持最高程度的诚信和正直；
- 具备优秀的团队合作精神和优秀的沟通与人际技能；
- 对银行相关的产品和服务有足够的认识；
- 具有为客户服务的精神并体现在日常业务活动中；
- 具有全面履行各项岗位职责的相应工作能力。
