POSITION SUMMARY: RoadSafe’s Human Resources Business Partners (HRBR) provide resources and build relationships within the filed organization while focusing on the mission and objectives of the Company. This person is seen as an operational and strategic resource for the field teams which he/she supports. An HRBR adds value to the business and help drive unit objectives and profitability through strategic collaboration with field teams and corporate and deploy programs to understand and improve employee engagement, employee retention and turnover reduction. They are to build trusting relationships throughout the RoadSafe.
