If selected after a challenging but fair recruitment process, you will be joining a large multinational & multicultural Team as Customer Service Advisor and probably starting a long and rewarding career. You do not even need to have previous experience in a Contact Centre, as long as you have strong verbal and written skills in Spanish, a good level of English, great communication skills over the phone, along with a professional and caring attitude towards customers. A good knowledge of Tech PC skills would be required, but full training is provided to make you ready for this great career opportunity.
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, with earliest shift starting at 8h00 AM and latest finishing at 7h00 PM. Five days per week, with rotational shift pattern.
Location: Budapest, Hungary - Work from the office. Remote work is not an option.
