Job Description

  • Supporting user, PLC / Add right for computer users, network admin (escalate) **If couldn’t fix, escalate case via service now to British Telecom.
  • Handling service level and users’ satisfaction comply with expectations (availability of applications, equipment, and services).
  • Maintaining and supervising operations of the infrastructure and equipment of the site.
  • Participating in implementations or evolutions of infrastructure, hardware, and software applications of the site.
  • Querying data to inspect whether the required data value is correct or not.
  • Handling Linux, setup IP, updating patch Linux, analyze the problem.
  • VMware, being as admin – monitor, deploy, update patch.
  • Creating technical and operational documentation that is conformed and updated (lists of equipment and software, source files, backups, training material).
  • The maintenance plan of equipment is defined and applied.

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality, Male.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Automation/ Control, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology.
  • Experiences 2-3 years of IT, Database, SQL, Network, and System.
  • English communication (Coordinate with HQ France).
  • Having experience working globally is highly considered.
  • Flexible work, able to occasionally come to the factory overtime (late hours, weekends) to solve the problem.
  • Good logical thinking.
