The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for the releasing, printing, and monitoring of Trade Incentive Programs, Marketing Collaterals and Promo Items allocation.
He/She collates and files all Trade Marketing documents, monitors and controls the implementation of marketing incentives plans and programs.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides monitoring support for the implementation of trade incentives and other marketing activities
2. Provides timely and accurate information related to trade incentive as discussed by Trade Marketing Manager
3. Responsible for printing, releasing, and filing Joining Agreements (JA) for trade incentive and marketing promos
4. Monitors and ensures that all trade incentives are properly received by the customers in accordance with the existing trade incentive policy
5. Documents and files trade incentive transmittal slips and monitors and records sample board issuance for audit purposes
Coordinates with Human Resource General Services (HRGS) for checking and monitoring of trade incentive promo
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides assistance during marketing events
- Handles queries and complaints of dealers regarding promos
WORKING CONDITION : Office -based
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
B. EDUCATION : Preferably a graduate of four (4) year course/ BS/BA Management, Marketing, Advertising
C. EXPERIENCE : Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years related work experience in Trade Marketing/Brand or Sales environment in the construction industry or manufacturing and distribution set up
